Hi, I'm LaKenda, the proud founder of Honeybee's. Born in Clinton, Louisiana, my journey took me to a rewarding career in orthopedics, where I found fulfillment in helping people recover and regain their strength. But beyond the clinic, my world was filled with warmth and laughter, thanks to my partner, Albert, and our three wonderful children.
In the midst of family life, I discovered my knack for crafting unique, stylish headbands. What started as a hobby soon blossomed into something more, leading to the birth of Honeybee's in 2019.
Honeybee's is more than a business. It's a mission of empowerment and a testament to self-expression. It represents the harmony of a fulfilling nursing career with the joys and challenges of entrepreneurship.
My vision is to inspire confidence in every woman who wears a Honeybee's headband. I dream of seeing influential figures wearing our designs, spreading our message of empowerment even further.
Family is my sanctuary. Our shared adventures fuel my creativity and constantly remind me of what truly matters.
As an orthopedic nurse practitioner, my role is to heal. As the creator of Honeybee's, my mission is to uplift and empower. I'm excited to see where this journey takes me.
